What does the displayed fare include?
Highway tolls, airport parking and flight-delay waiting are included. Your final booking quote shows any address-based distance charge and optional name-sign fee.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your pickup time adjusts automatically to your actual arrival. Add your flight details when booking an airport pickup and let our team know if anything changes.
How do I pay?
No deposit is required. Pay cash directly to your driver when you reach your destination. For bank transfers in KRW or THB, follow the account or QR instructions from our team. Card payments are arranged through our team.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Before the trip starts, bookings with more than 2 hours until pickup can be cancelled free of charge through booking lookup for a full refund. Contact our team if pickup is close or you need refund assistance.
What if I have large bags or golf bags?
Enter the number and size of your suitcases, golf bags and passengers in the booking form. We recommend a vehicle for that combination. Ask our team about oversized or unusual luggage.
How do I include children and infants?
Children and infants count as passengers. Enter adults, children and infants separately in the booking form. If you need a child seat, check with our team before booking.
How will you contact me after booking?
Enter your chosen contact details accurately. If you use KakaoTalk or LINE, send your booking number using the official-channel button on the confirmation screen.
Can I find my booking without an account?
Use your booking number and phone number for guest lookup. If you booked with LINE and no phone number, use the booking information on the same device or contact our official support. Signing in lets you view bookings on other devices.
How do I report an issue with a driver?
Send your booking number and a description of the issue to our support team. We respond to driver reports within 24 hours and immediately suspend dispatch for serious incidents.
